Enjoy a Memorable Day Out with Adventure Activities, Village Experiences & Group Fun

Camp Deva Farm is a working-style farm and activity park on Khera Kalan Road in Alipur, on the northern edge of Delhi. A full day here moves at a easy pace — rope courses and a zipline in the morning, a tractor ride and a village kitchen at midday, group games on the lawn after lunch. Manesar Resorts helps families, schools and groups plan the day, choose a package and confirm availability.

The outing, explained

A Farm Day on Delhi’s Northern Edge

The Camp Deva Farm picnic spot sits on roughly eleven acres of green, village-style land in the Naya Bans–Alipur belt. The idea is not a theme park with queues but a farm day: a course of rope and obstacle elements strung over lawns and water, a cluster of village experiences built around the tractor, the chakki and the village kitchen, and long open stretches where a hundred schoolchildren can play throwball without colliding.

For families it works because one ticket covers the whole day rather than per-ride spending, and because the mix of gentle and demanding activities means a six-year-old and a fifteen-year-old can both find something to do. For schools and colleges it works because the property is built for groups: obstacle activity in batches, team games with a coordinator, meals served at fixed windows, and enough space to keep a large group in one place instead of scattered.

What you should check before confirming is the practical part. Activity lists on farm pages are usually the full brochure, not what is running on your date, and pool or water elements may be seasonal. Package inclusions, meal timings and per-person rates differ by group size and day of the week, so it is worth asking for the inclusion list in writing for the exact date you have in mind.

How this page works. Manesar Resorts is an independent picnic planning and booking-assistance service. We do not own or operate Camp Deva Farm, and this is not the venue’s official website. Package prices, activity availability and timings change — we confirm them with the venue for your date instead of publishing figures that may already be out of date.

Getting your bearings

Where Is Camp Deva Farm Located?

Camp Deva Farm is in Alipur, in the north of Delhi, set back from the GT Karnal Road corridor on a village road. If you are coming from central or south Delhi, plan for a longer drive than the map distance suggests, because the last stretch is a narrow village road.

Reported address

  • AddressCamp Deva Farm, Khera Kalan Road, Alipur (Naya Bans), New Delhi, Delhi 110082
  • DistrictNorth Delhi — Alipur tehsil, close to Narela and Khera Kalan
  • Road contextOff the GT Karnal Road (NH-44) corridor, via Khera Kalan Road
  • Pin accuracyConfirm the gate pin before you leave — village-road venues are often plotted loosely on maps

The address above reflects what public listings and the venue’s own posts report. Manesar Resorts confirms the current gate location and reporting point with the venue when you book, and will share the exact pin with your confirmation.

We have not embedded a map pin on this page because the venue’s exact plot is not independently confirmed. The link above opens a map search for the reported address, not a verified gate location.

Route guidance from Delhi

  1. From the south or centre: head north on the Ring Road or the Outer Ring Road towards Majnu ka Tilla and the ISBT Kashmiri Gate side, then join the GT Karnal Road (NH-44) heading north.
  2. Stay on NH-44 past Jahangirpuri and Samaypur Badli. The Alipur and Khera Kalan turnings come after this stretch — watch for Khera Kalan Road rather than a highway sign for the farm.
  3. Leave the highway at Khera Kalan Road and continue into the village belt; the farm sits off this road in the Naya Bans direction.
  4. Call for the last kilometre. Village roads here split and loop, and the final approach is the part most first-time visitors get wrong. Ask for a landmark and a reporting point before you set out.

We do not publish drive times or kilometre figures, because traffic on this corridor varies enormously by hour and the venue does not publish an official distance table. Ask Manesar Resorts for a realistic departure time for your date, especially for a school group that must arrive together.

On the ground

Popular Activities at Camp Deva Farm

The farm groups its activity line-up into three broad families: an adventure and obstacle zone, village and rural experiences, and organised group games. Below is the line-up that the venue and public listings describe, organised the way a day actually runs.

Adventure & Obstacle Activities

A continuous course of rope, plank and tyre elements strung low over the ground and over water, with a zipline and sky bike as the headline rides. Most elements are short, so a group can rotate through several in a morning.

  • Zipline
  • Sky bike / sky cycling
  • Burma bridge
  • Tyre bridge
  • Plank bridge
  • Swinging bridge
  • Tunnel crossing
  • Tyre net
  • Commando crawling
  • Wall climbing
  • Trampoline
  • Giant swing
  • Running bungee
  • Zorb roller

Village & Rural Experiences

The half of the farm that is not adventure. A tractor trolley run around the property, a camel cart, a working village kitchen, hand-cranked chakki and potter’s wheel demonstrations, and the traditional bath options that farm outings in this belt are known for.

  • Tractor ride
  • Camel cart ride
  • Rural kitchen
  • Chakki grinding
  • Pottery
  • Charkha
  • Bioscope
  • Mud bath
  • Tube well bath
  • Traditional village games
  • Farm & dairy ambience
Group play

Team Building & Group Games

Coordinated outdoor games run on the lawn, usually with a facilitator who splits the group into teams and keeps score. These are the activities schools and corporate groups tend to remember, because everyone participates rather than watching.

  • Balloon race
  • Musical chairs
  • Pass the ring
  • Dragon tail
  • Caterpillar race
  • Tug of war
  • Sack race
  • Scout clap / rocket clap
  • Coordination games
  • Relay races

Please treat this as a line-up, not a guarantee. Which activities actually run on your date depends on the operating schedule, weather, ground and water conditions, safety staffing and the package you book. Rides also carry age, height and weight conditions, and a few are commonly charged as add-ons. Ask Manesar Resorts which activities are confirmed for your date and which of them are included in your package before you promise a particular ride to a child or a group.

How the day goes

Things to Do at Camp Deva Farm

A day here is best treated as three loose blocks rather than a checklist. Here is how visitors usually spend it, and what to prioritise if you only have one visit.

1

Start on the obstacle course

Do the physical elements early, while the group is fresh and the ground is dry. Rope bridges, commando crawl and the tyre net work better as a warm-up circuit; the zipline and sky bike are worth queuing for before lunch rather than at the end of the day.

2

Slow down in the village quarter

The tractor trolley and camel cart are the easiest activities to enjoy at any age. Add the chakki, pottery and village kitchen and the morning becomes something children can actually describe afterwards, instead of just a set of rides.

3

Play as a group after lunch

The post-lunch slot suits lawn games: tug of war, sack race, balloon race, pass the ring. Ask for a facilitator if you have a school or corporate group — organised games hold a large group together far better than free time.

4

Leave room for nothing in particular

The property has open lawns, shade and seating. Some of the best hours here are the unstructured ones — grandparents under the pavilion, children on the swings, everyone eating together at a fixed meal window.

5

Eat at the meal windows

Full-day packages run on fixed breakfast, lunch and snack timings rather than all-day grazing. Plan your activity blocks around those windows, and tell the venue in advance if you have young children or elderly guests who need to eat earlier.

6

Run it as a school or group outing

With a group, the day needs a shape: arrival and briefing, batch-wise activity rotation, games, lunch, a lighter afternoon and a fixed departure. Manesar Resorts helps put that sequence together around your headcount and reporting time.

Plan the outing

Camp Deva Farm Picnic Packages

The farm sells day packages rather than separate ride tickets, and the packages are usually shaped around who is visiting. Package prices and inclusions may vary depending on the visit date, group size and selected arrangements. Camp Deva Farm does not publish a single fixed rate card that we can quote as current, so we do not print one here — contact Manesar Resorts for the latest details, and ask for the inclusion list in writing for your date.

Food & meals

Food and Meal Arrangements at Camp Deva Farm

Meals are part of the package here rather than a separate restaurant bill, and the kitchen leans vegetarian and North Indian farm-style. The day is built around a breakfast window, a lunch window and snacks in between, so the menu follows the clock as much as the ticket.

Published menus for the farm describe a fairly classic Delhi farm-outing spread: paranthas and poori in the morning, pakoras with tea mid-morning, a proper North Indian lunch, and a slow-cooked mitti ka choolah element with makki or bajre ki roti, sarson ka saag and churma that is often the part guests talk about afterwards. Lassi, chaach and nimbu pani usually run alongside.

Because the kitchen cooks for the confirmed headcount, the exact menu depends on the package you book and the arrangements confirmed for your date. If you are bringing a school group, tell us about allergies and about children who will not eat a full thali — a simpler second option is usually easier to arrange in advance than on the day.

Menus, portion sizes and serving windows are set by the venue for each booking. Nothing on this page should be read as a guarantee of a specific dish, a specific number of items, or unlimited service.

Breakfast

Stuffed paranthas with curd and white butter, poori with bhaji or chole, poha, veg sandwiches, pickles and chutney.

Mid-morning snacks

Mix pakora with tea, jal jeera, nimbu pani, chaach and buttermilk through the day.

Lunch

Tandoori roti, naan or laccha parantha; jeera rice or pulao; dal, rajma or chole; shahi or matar paneer; kadi, a seasonal vegetable, salad and boondi raita.

Farm-style specials

Makki or bajre ki roti with white butter, sarson ka saag, gur, bajra khichri, lasooni chutney, churma and lassi.

Sweet

Usually one of rasgulla, gulab jamun, suji halwa or gajar halwa, depending on the season and the confirmed menu.

To confirm

Jain and no-onion-garlic options, allergy handling, child portions, extra serving rules and meal timings for your group.

Costs, plainly

Camp Deva Farm Ticket Price & Package Cost

Camp Deva Farm is priced per person for a full-day package, not as a gate ticket plus rides. The number that matters is therefore not the headline rate but what it includes — and that comparison is where most bookings go wrong.

People compare this farm with a water park and expect a single entry figure. In practice the rate you are quoted is banded by three things: age (adults against children, with a defined child band), group type (individual visitors against school, college or corporate groups) and day (weekdays against weekends and holidays). Meals and a defined activity set are usually inside the rate, while a few rides and add-ons are commonly outside it.

Older listings on the internet quote a range of figures for exactly this reason — some are individual rates, some are school rates, some are years old, and none of them are dated. We would rather give you one accurate number for your date than a page full of numbers you cannot rely on.

  • Adult rate — per person for the full day, with the meal plan and activity set of the chosen package.
  • Child rate — applies within a defined age band, and very young children are sometimes free. Confirm the band for your date; do not assume it.
  • School group rate — usually the lowest per-student figure, quoted against a minimum headcount and with teacher or escort places to confirm.
  • Larger group rate — better rates generally start once your group crosses a threshold. Ask what that threshold is.
  • Weekday vs weekend — a difference usually exists. A weekday school outing is often the better value.
  • Possible extras — transport, photos, paid rides outside the package, premium meals and taxes. Ask what sits outside the quoted rate.

A day, drawn out

Camp Deva Farm Day Outing — Suggested Experience

This is how a full-day visit usually flows. Meal windows are set by the venue for your booking and the activity order is adjusted for your group, weather and the rides running that day.

Illustrative schedule — actual timings depend on the confirmed package. The hours below describe the sequence of a typical full-day visit, not the venue’s published opening hours. Confirm your reporting time, meal windows and departure time with Manesar Resorts for your date.

  1. Morning

    Arrival and breakfast

Report at the farm, park, and settle in with breakfast — paranthas, poori with bhaji or chole, poha and tea. A short briefing on the property, the activity rules and the day’s schedule usually follows.

  2. Late morning

    Adventure circuit

The physical block: rope and obstacle elements, then the zipline and sky bike while the group is fresh. Larger groups rotate in batches, so a coordinator is worth having.

  3. Midday

    Village experiences

A tractor trolley ride around the property, the camel cart, and a look at the village kitchen, chakki and pottery. This is the shade-and-slow-down part of the day, and the easiest for mixed ages.

  4. Afternoon

    Lunch

The main meal, served in a fixed window: roti or naan, rice or pulao, dal, paneer, a seasonal vegetable, kadi, salad, raita and a sweet, with the mitti ka choolah spread alongside.

  5. Post-lunch

    Group games on the lawn

Tug of war, sack race, balloon race, pass the ring, musical chairs — low-effort, high-noise games that keep a whole group together after a heavy meal.

  6. Late afternoon

    Free time, snacks and departure

Pool or water-side elements where they are running and seasonally open, tea and pakoras, photographs, and a fixed departure time so transport and school pick-ups stay on schedule.

For families

Camp Deva Farm for Family Picnics

A family day out here works because the property does not force everyone into the same activity. Teenagers head for the zipline and the giant swing; younger children stay with the trampoline, swings and the tractor ride; grandparents take the shaded pavilion and the village kitchen. Everyone meets at the meal windows, which is really the point of a family picnic.

The practical advantage is that meals and a defined activity set sit inside the package, so there is no per-ride negotiation through the day and no surprise at the end. The trade-off is that the day runs on a schedule — breakfast, lunch and snacks at set times — which suits some families better than others.

What parents should check before booking

  • Age, height and weight conditions on each ride — not every activity suits every child.
  • Whether a child must be accompanied by an adult on the course, and how many adults that means for your group.
  • Whether water activity, the pool and the mud bath are open on your date and in season.
  • Meal timings against your child’s routine, and whether simple child portions can be arranged.
  • Shade, seating, washrooms and changing areas — ask before you rely on them.
  • Total cost for your exact family composition, including the child age band and any ride outside the package.

Please do not assume that every ride is suitable for young children. Activity conditions are set by the venue and enforced by its staff, and they can change with the weather and ground conditions.

Supervised group activity at the farm. Children’s participation is subject to the venue’s age and height rules on the day.

Schools, colleges & institutions

Camp Deva Farm for School Picnics

School groups are a core part of what this farm does, and a well-planned school picnic here can carry a batch of a hundred students through a full day. The difference between a good and a chaotic trip is almost always preparation, not the venue.

How a school day is usually structured

Students arrive together, are briefed on the property rules, and then rotate through activity blocks in batches so that no element is overloaded. Team games with a facilitator sit between the physical blocks, and lunch is served in a fixed window sized to the group. The afternoon is deliberately lighter, then everyone gathers for departure.

For colleges and institutes the same structure works with more independence, fewer supervised games and more free time on the course.

Confirm these before finalising

  • Student capacity for your date, and whether other groups will be on the property at the same time.
  • Instructor or coordinator support, and the ratio of staff to students.
  • First aid, drinking water, washrooms and changing facilities.
  • Teacher supervision expectations from the school side, and the number of escorts expected.
  • Which activities are open to each age group, and which carry height or weight conditions.
  • Exact meal inclusions, serving times and any allergy or dietary handling.
  • Advance booking requirements, payment terms and the cancellation rule.

Planning a school picnic? Send Manesar Resorts the date, the number of students, the age or class range and the number of teachers accompanying. We will confirm the group package, the meal plan, the activity rotation and the reporting time — and tell you honestly if the date is not workable.

When to reach

Camp Deva Farm Timings and Booking Information

Opening hours are the one detail we will not put a number on. The figures circulating on public listings conflict with each other and none of them are dated, so publishing one would be guesswork dressed as information.

What can be said with confidence is the shape of the day: a full-day picnic programme built around a morning reporting time, fixed meal windows through the day, and a late-afternoon departure. Slots are usually arranged per group rather than as walk-in hours, and a group visit is scheduled rather than simply admitted.

  • Confirm timings for your date. Ask for the reporting time, the meal windows and the departure time in writing when you book.
  • Book ahead for larger groups. Twenty or more guests needs meal counts, activity batches and staff time arranged in advance.
  • Confirm headcount and inclusions. Group size drives both the rate and the activity rotation.
  • Expect activity changes. Weather, ground and water conditions, maintenance and staffing can take an element off the schedule.
  • Ask about the reporting point. Village-road venues often have more than one gate; get the one you should use.

The route

How to Reach Camp Deva Farm?

The farm is reached by road, off the GT Karnal Road corridor in north Delhi. Public transport gets you to the Alipur–Khera Kalan belt, and the last stretch is best done by auto, cab or your own vehicle.

By car or cab

Come north on NH-44 (GT Karnal Road) past Jahangirpuri and Samaypur Badli, then turn onto Khera Kalan Road towards the Naya Bans belt. Set the reported address in your map app, but call for the final approach — the village roads loop.

By metro

Samaypur Badli on the Yellow Line is the station most commonly cited as the nearest, roughly 3–4 km from the Khera Kalan side. Take an auto or e-rickshaw from there. Confirm the best station and onward route for your group when you book.

By train

Khera Kalan has a local railway halt on the Delhi–Narela–Karnal side, close to the village. Services are infrequent and not practical for a group, so treat this as a landmark rather than a plan.

By bus

DTC routes run along the GT Karnal Road and through Khera Kalan village, with stops near Khera Kalan Gaon and Khera Kalan School. From the stop it is a short auto ride to the farm.

For school groups

Buses should be given the gate location and a reporting time in advance, and one coordinator should travel ahead. Confirm where the bus can park and turn around before the day.

Parking

Parking arrangements are not independently verified. Ask Manesar Resorts how many cars and buses can be accommodated on your date, and whether parking sits inside the package.

Metro, bus and rail details above are based on public transport listings for the Khera Kalan and Alipur area, not on a venue-published travel guide. Distances and travel times vary with traffic; we do not quote them as fixed figures. Ask Manesar Resorts for a route plan built around your departure point and reporting time.

Common questions

Camp Deva Farm Picnic Spot: FAQs

Short answers to what visitors ask us most, with the caveats left in.

Where is Camp Deva Farm located?

Camp Deva Farm is listed at Khera Kalan Road, Alipur (the Naya Bans / Nayabas village belt), New Delhi 110082, in the north of the city off the GT Karnal Road corridor. It is an urban-fringe farm, so the last stretch is a village road rather than a highway frontage. Share your starting point with Manesar Resorts and we will help you plan the route and a reporting time for your group.

What is included in Camp Deva Farm picnic packages?

Published listings describe full-day packages built around three things: a set of adventure and obstacle activities, village-style experiences, and meals served at fixed windows through the day. The exact inclusion list changes with the package, the group size and the date, and some add-ons are charged separately. Ask Manesar Resorts for the inclusion list of the specific package you are considering before you pay.

What is the Camp Deva Farm ticket price?

We do not publish a price on this page, because the rates that appear on public listings differ from each other and are not dated, and quoting an old figure as the current one would mislead you. Camp Deva Farm rates are usually banded by age (adults and children) and by group type (individual visitors, school groups, larger groups), with weekday and weekend differences. Call Manesar Resorts on +91-8527480066 for the current per-person figure for your date and headcount.

Can families plan a picnic at Camp Deva Farm?

Yes. The farm is set up as a full-day family outing with open lawns, a shaded pavilion, adventure elements and village-style activities, and children are usually priced separately from adults. Families should check three things before booking: which activities have age or height conditions, whether younger children need an adult with them on the course, and whether the meal timings suit small children.

Are adventure activities available at Camp Deva Farm?

Listings for the farm describe a zipline, sky bike, Burma bridge, tyre bridge, plank bridge, swinging bridge, tunnel crossing, tyre net, commando crawl, wall climbing, trampoline, giant swing, running bungee and a zorb roller, plus water-side obstacle elements. Activity availability is not guaranteed on every date: it depends on the operating schedule, weather, safety conditions and the package you book, so confirm the list for your visit date.

Is Camp Deva Farm suitable for school picnics?

The farm actively hosts school and college groups and describes group programmes for them, with obstacle activity, team games, village experiences and meal arrangements. Before finalising, a school should confirm student capacity for the date, the instructor-to-student ratio, first-aid and washroom facilities, teacher supervision expectations, which activities are open to each age group, and the exact meal inclusions and serving times.

What food is available in Camp Deva Farm meal packages?

Public listings describe a vegetarian farm menu: breakfast of stuffed paranthas, poori with bhaji or chole, poha and sandwiches; snacks such as mix pakora with tea, jal jeera, nimbu pani and chaach; a lunch of roti or naan, rice or pulao, dal or rajma, paneer, a seasonal vegetable, kadi, salad, raita and a sweet; and a slow-cooked mitti ka choolah spread with makki or bajre ki roti, sarson ka saag, churma and lassi. The final menu depends on the package and confirmed arrangements, and special requests should be raised in advance.

What are Camp Deva Farm timings?

We deliberately do not publish opening hours on this page. The timings that appear on public listings conflict with each other and are not dated. Full-day picnic programmes are usually built around a morning reporting time and a late-afternoon departure, with breakfast, lunch and snacks served at fixed windows inside that span. Confirm your reporting time, departure time and meal schedule for your exact date with Manesar Resorts.

How can I book Camp Deva Farm picnic packages through Manesar Resorts?

Call or message Manesar Resorts on +91-8527480066, or write to info@anantagroup.com, with your preferred date, the number of adults and children, your group type (family, school, friends or corporate) and anything you need in the meals. We come back with the current package options, the applicable per-person rate, the inclusion list and availability for that date. A slot is confirmed only when the booking is checked and confirmed, not at the enquiry stage.

Is advance booking required for Camp Deva Farm day outing?

For a family of four a short-notice call is often enough, but for a school, a college, a corporate off-site or any group of twenty or more, advance booking is strongly recommended. Group visits need meal counts, activity scheduling and instructor time arranged around your headcount, and weekend dates in season fill first. Confirm availability before you fix transport or tell parents and guests the plan.
